The company has built a verified talent marketplace where every candidate undergoes ID and video verification before participating, enabling recruiters to focus on authenticated talent. Its proprietary Scout Match algorithm evaluates candidates against 40+ data points to improve hiring efficiency and candidate-job alignment.
Since launching in July 2026, TalnFlo has attracted more than 1,000 verified candidates, 27+ recruiting users, and 20+ companies, and recently activated its paid subscription model.
