FRISCO! 🚨 Sunset Techno Edition

​FRISCO is a silent disco experience, that always happens on Friday. For the first time ever, we’re taking Frisco into the evening: and we're going Techno ⚡⚡⚡

​This is for anyone who doesn’t do early mornings, for those who come alive a little later, and for anyone who’s been curious about Frisco but hasn’t made it down to the beach at sunrise.

​We’re shifting the energy, the music, and the setting.

​Set at a secret location to be announced 1 day before - we'll gather for a very special session, as the light softens and the sun begins to set. Through wireless headphones, you’ll be guided through a movement session unlike no other. This includes a gentle arrival - breath, grounding, and a moment to land - before moving into a blend of movement and free dance.

​This time, we lean into deeper sounds - house and techno - building energy as the sun drops and the weekend begins.

​It’s the same spirit of Frisco, just a different expression. A chance to shake off the week, get out of your head and into your body, and share a moment that feels a little unexpected.

​No dance experience needed. No pressure to perform. Just come as you are, and be open to moving.

​Afterwards, we’ll stay for a sunset picnic. Bring along a snack to share, something to sit on, and whatever you’d like to drink. We’ll gather on the grass, connect, and ease into the evening together.

​FRISCO is hosted by Sarah Hawkins - creative producer, certified yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner - and is part of Inside Outside, a space devoted to experiences of joy, connection, play, and presence.

​At its core, Inside Outside is about honouring what’s inside, so we can express ourselves more freely on the outside.
