Vedic Psychology & Healing Circle
Vedic Psychology & Healing Circles are intimate gatherings designed to deepen and integrate the themes explored in Soul Veda’s Art Therapy workshops.
Art helps us access and move emotions.
The Vedic Psychology & Healing Circles gives us time to digest them.
Each session begins with a short Vedic psychology theme rooted in mythology — offering a deeper philosophical lens on our inner patterns.
The second half opens into a guided circle for reflection, sharing, and integration.
A space to metabolize insight.
To turn awareness into transformation.
This month theme in Soul Veda is “breaking patterns & transform”
This months mythology: The Churning of the Ocean
The story of Samudra Manthan — the Churning of the Ocean.
Before the nectar appears, poison rises first.
A powerful metaphor for transformation.
When we break old patterns, we churn our inner ocean.
Old emotions, resistance, and “ama” surface before clarity comes.
In this circle, we explore:
– Why transformation feels uncomfortable
– What Ayurveda says about emotional toxicity
– How to stay steady while change unfolds
One art session opens the door.
This circle helps you stay with the process.
