I believe we all carry a broken heart.
(broken heart in the broadest sense of the word, not only related to romantic relationships)
And I think our hearts often break twice:
once from what happened,
and once from what was never expressed.
The breaking isn’t always loud:
sometimes it’s the slow closing that hurts most.
That’s why I’m hosting this writing workshop: to create space for hearts to speak — and truly be heard.
And when better than Sunday morning after Valentine’s Day? 💌
So: do you want to write a heart story with me?
No writing experience needed.
Just bring a pen, paper, and your beautiful, messy human self.
