Kitchen Pitch is Freshmango's startup pitch event, held — quite literally — in Workland's kitchen space. No forced metaphor here: the venue sets the format. Founders present themselves and their business the way a dish gets prepared and served — concentrated, brief, built around one sharp accent instead of ten diluted ones.
The event is part of Freshmango's Human + AI concept, so expect a personal, human tone throughout rather than a technical or sterile one. This is about the founder behind the idea as much as the idea itself.
On the table: a €5,000 prize pool of our Fellowship program, €1,000 worth of legal help, one month of hot-desk access at Workland, a €500 cash prize, 100 Loveable credits and two tickets to Startup Fair in Vilnius.
Our jury for the event:
Philip Adler – Founder and CEO of Freshmango, leading an equity-free startup accelerator in Vilnius. Since 2021, the startups he's backed have raised more than €38M in funding, and in 2026 he was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Finance Europe list.
Matas Ramanauskas – Investor and startup finance expert with experience across VC, startups, and Big4 consulting. As a VC, he led 32 early-stage investments worth €30M, and today he helps startups prepare for the fundraising process, strategize investments, and communicate effectively with investors.
Anastasija Hadunkina – Startup ecosystem expert and investor who has worked at Plug and Play Tech Center, Invest Lithuania, and Deloitte, currently a member of the Kiloverse team.
Ieva Pagirytė - Marketing & Online Sales Manager at Workland, with experience in growth marketing, brand strategy and B2B business development.
Roman Lobas - startup growth and partnerships expert, co-founder of Icebreaker Agency and former Venture Partnerships Lead at Deel, with experience supporting 300+ startups and scaling businesses across CEE, the Baltics and beyond.
