​Step On Up: Preparing to Finish Year 11

​Are you in Year 11 and starting to think about life after secondary school? Are you feeling excited, or a little nervous, about finishing Year 11 this summer? Or maybe you're worried about the upcoming exam season? You’re not alone!

​Join our Step On Up online group, where you can:

• ​Chat with other young people going through the same experience

• ​Get practical tips and advice from our friendly Family Practitioners

• ​Share your thoughts and feelings

​We’ll cover everything from revision skills to exploring different pathways for your future, and give you the chance to connect with others who understand what you’re going through.

​Please note this session is for young people in Year 11 only.

​When do we meet?

​Sessions will take place online after school, every other Wednesday (fortnightly) to start with. Then it will drop down to monthly during the exam season.
