About Event

Join Paula on Saturday, for a beginner-friendly Dance & Connect session — a space to reconnect with your body, embrace your femininity, and meet like-minded women.

Dance session at a studio in Barceloneta: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM

price €15 (through her circle)✨

We’ll explore body connection, self-expression, and confidence through:
– mindful grounding exercises
– fluid feminine movement inspired by Dancehall & Commercial
– empowering walks
– a short, beginner-friendly choreographed routine

This space is open to all women — no dance experience needed.

Just bring water and wear something comfortable that makes you feel good. Loose clothing always works best 🫶🏼
