Dr Jenny Kimmins

Dr Jenny Kimmins is a Specialist General Practitioner with extensive experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, and skin cancer management. After many years in General Practice, she developed a strong interest in the diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions and has since built a career focused on improving skin health and managing the effects of sun damage.

Dr Kimmins has over 18 years’ experience in cosmetic medicine and is highly experienced in injectable treatments including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, and biostimulators. She has particular clinical interests in the management of acne and rosacea, laser and energy-based skin treatments, and the treatment and prevention of sun-damaged skin.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr Kimmins is actively involved in professional education. She lectures and trains medical practitioners in aesthetic medicine, injectable cosmetic treatments, and laser skin therapies. She currently serves as Chair of the HealthCert Aesthetic Medicine Program and is a Field Expert for AMET, where she assists clinicians in managing complications associated with injectable treatments.

Dr Kimmins holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Dermatology from the Australian Institute of Dermatology and is formally qualified in Skin Cancer Medicine through HealthCert. She is also a Fellow of the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia.

Her broad clinical expertise allows her to diagnose and treat a wide range of skin concerns commonly seen in Australian patients. Dr Kimmins believes in an individualised approach to treatment, recognising that each patient’s skin and concerns are unique. Her philosophy focuses on optimising long-term skin health through the strategic combination of medical-grade skincare, injectable treatments, laser therapies, and advanced skin technologies.
