In this short but powerful session, we’ll begin with mindful breathwork to connect with baby and soothe the nervous system, followed by gentle postures of prenatal-safe poses to release tension in the hips, lower back, and shoulders.
This is your time to slow down, tune in, and nurture yourself from the inside out — all from the comfort of home.
