

Slow Social: Sea, Sauna & Soft Movement 🔥
​A slow afternoon by the sea to move, soften, and reconnect with yourself and with others.
​We’ll begin with a gentle, grounding yoga session by the beach, followed by a one-hour sauna and cold plunge experience at Seascrub Sauna in Folkestone.

​It comes from shared experiences like this; moving together, sitting in sauna, warming up by the fire, having conversations that don’t feel forced.

​Everything is guided, but nothing is rushed.
