Bread Modular is an open-source modular synth platform — minimal, USB-C powered, MIDI-native, It's hardware made the way open source software gets made: in public, in the open, with the schematics on the table.
They are bringing it to Jaffna for an evening at Hatch. Expect the instrument up close, the thinking behind why it was built this way, and a good amount of noise. Whether you make music, solder, write firmware, or just want to see what a synthesizer looks like with its skin off — there's something here.
