Women's Leadership Initiative Conference

​The Women’s Leadership Initiative is one of the largest undergraduate organizations at Yale dedicated to advancing gender equity, uplifting women in leadership, and creating inclusive spaces for mentorship and professional growth. Since 2008, our annual conference has brought together inspiring leaders across academia, public service, and industry to share their expertise and empower the next generation of changemakers.
