A free, open conversation for fintech founders selling into banks and credit unions

Most fintech founders don't have a sales problem. They have a "stuck in the bank's pipeline" problem.

You built something a bank or credit union actually needs, you ran a demo that landed, and they told you they loved it and wanted to schedule a follow-up... and then, somewhere between that meeting and the next one that was supposed to happen, the conversation quietly went cold.

You sent a polite check-in and heard nothing back, so you waited a respectful week and sent another with a softer subject line, and still nothing came. You started wondering whether you'd misread the room entirely, or whether they were just being kind in the meeting and never really intended to move forward → all while your board and investors are asking when the pilot lands, your runway keeps shrinking, and you can't tell whether the right move is to keep nudging or to walk away and put your energy somewhere else.

Here's the truth: your deal isn't dead, it's parked, and the founders who get unstuck aren't the ones with the slickest pitch or the best-looking deck. They're the ones who finally accept that selling into banks and credit unions is its own discipline with its own rules, and then they sit down and learn it.

That's exactly what this roundtable is built around.

What you'll walk away with

  • A clear read on why the FI on the other end of your stalled deal has gone quiet, and what's actually happening on their side of the table while you're sitting on yours waiting for a reply

  • Language you can use on Monday morning to move a parked conversation forward without sounding desperate or burning the relationship you've already built

  • The specific move that turns "we love this" into a signed pilot, and the reason most founders never make it because they're optimizing for the wrong signal

  • A live look at how another founder is working through a real, stuck deal in front of the group, and the patterns you'll start to recognize in your own pipeline once you've seen a few of them up close

What happens in the room

Every month I lead a focused 60-minute session that opens with a short teaching block on something founders are actually stuck on, then moves into open Q&A where you can bring whatever you're sitting on, and finally into a Hot Seat where one founder brings a real, live situation and the group works through it together.

There are no recordings, and what's said in the room stays in the room.

June 26 Session — Diagnose the Conundrum
July 10 Session — Build the Filing Cabinet
August 14 Session — Build the Champion & Close

This is for you if

  • You're pre-seed to pre-Series A and trying to land your first FI relationship

  • You're technically strong but navigating the politics of institutional sales for the first time

  • You're waiting on a pilot, a POC, or a proof point to unlock your next step

This is not for you if

You already have multiple FIs in production and the problem is scaling what's working — this session will feel too foundational for where you are, and you'll get more out of conversations pitched at that stage.

A note from Stacy

I've spent years selling fintech into banks and credit unions, and the single biggest thing I've learned is this: the founders who break through aren't the most polished, the best-funded, or the most connected → they're the ones who stop treating FI sales like SaaS sales and start treating it like the relationship business it actually is.

If that's the door you're standing in front of, come spend60 minutes with me and the rest of the group, and let's work through what's on the other side of it together.

What happens after

Nothing you didn't sign up for. There's no application, no cost, and no pitch waiting at the end; just a conversation worth showing up for.
