Meet your speakers:

  • Siya Patel - Harvard '29 & MITES' 24 (a PRESTIGIOUS college readiness program hosted by MIT!)

    • Siya is an aspiring bioengineer, specializing in regenerative medicine, with published research on RNA molecules contirbuting to skin wound healing, she's also a 2x DECA Nationals Qualifier.

  • Ramon Moreno Jr. - Harvard '28 & Regeneron Finalist'24 (the nation’s oldest and most prestigious science research competition for high school students!!)

    • Ramon became interested in aging and longevity during an AP Research class in 11th grade, where he studied how a chemical called Isonicotinamide affected yeast lifespan. He submitted his project to the Regeneron Science Talent Search and was named a Top 40 Finalist. Now a first-year at Harvard, he's studying Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology.

  • Christine Wong - Neuroscience Research Intern @UCLA & MITES '24!

    • Christine is the Founder and President of Pink Smile partnered with Red Cross, and she is also a U.S Presidential Scholars (which is a program that recognizes students who demonstrate ability & accomplishment in career & technical education fields. Each year, up to 161 students are named as Presidential Scholars, one of the nation's highest honors for high school students.).
