​The Claude SMB Workshop is a free, hands-on session for business owners, sanctioned by Anthropic, hosted by Miami Cyber, and led by a Claude Certified SMB Trainer. This isn't a lecture or a product demo. You'll build on your own laptop, on your own business, with expert help in the room.

​Owners and operators of companies with roughly 5 to 50 people. No technical background needed. If you've tried AI as a chat window and want it doing real work, you're in the right place.

​Set up Claude so it knows your business, your voice, and how you work - Connect Claude to a tool you already use - Build your first custom skill for a task you repeat every week - Turn real business data into a finished, shareable output - Learn the 4D framework for deciding what to hand to AI and what to keep
