About Event

In Britain and beyond, citizens have grown frustrated by governments that promise transformation but struggle to deliver - on growth, education, and opportunity alike. Is this failure born of limited ambition, or too much of it? What does it really take to overcome the barriers to meaningful reform in modern government?

Please join us for a candid conversation about what it truly takes to turn vision into reality.

About the Rt Hon Sir Nick Gibb

Sir Nick Gibb served as MP for Bognor Regis and Littlehampton from 1997 to 2024 and as Schools Minister for over a decade. A former KPMG chartered accountant, he led major education reforms, introducing the Phonics and Multiplication Checks, revising GCSEs, A levels, and the Primary Curriculum. He created the evidence-based Core Content and Early Career Frameworks, reformed National Professional Qualifications, and strengthened Teachers’ Standards. His policies contributed to England’s best-ever reading results (PIRLS) and a rise in maths performance (PISA). The Daily Telegraph called him “the most influential schools minister in England’s history.”
