City of Saint Paul Municipal Buildings Decarbonization Plan

• ​During the past year, the City of Saint Paul developed a Municipal Buildings Decarbonization Plan to serve as a roadmap for how the City could reach carbon neutrality in its building operations.  

  • ​The City’s energy coordinator, Cecilia Govrik, will provide an overview of that planning process, how it fits into the broader Saint Paul Climate Action & Resilience Plan, and will highlight some of the City’s recent building decarbonization projects.
