Your logo looks good. It might even be great. And it's still not working.
There is a logo out there right now simpler than yours, more considered than yours, made in half the time that is doing more for its brand than yours is doing for yours. You've seen work like it. You've thought, honestly, "how is this landing and mine isn't."
This workshop is about why that happens and what a trained eye actually sees when it looks at a mark.
What we're covering
Readability : Does it hold at every size or collapse when scaled down? Two versions go side by side. You decide which reads better before we tell you what we see.
Shape and form language : Is the mark doing something intentional, or did you land on a shape that just looked confident?
Typography : Typeface, kerning, weight, hierarchy. The difference between a logo that feels designed and one that just exists.
Colour : Strip it to black and white. If it dies there, the colour was doing all the work.
Versatility : Dark background. Light background. Favicon. Embroidery. A logo that only survives one context is an incomplete logo.
Brief vs outcome : The hardest question, does it solve the problem it was designed to solve, or is it just pretty?
