ARTS DISTRICT WALKING TOUR
Los Angeles Beyond the Exhibition
Approx. 3 hours · Limited capacity
Step outside Mica Studios and into the neighborhood surrounding it.
Los Angeles' Arts District is a living collision of industrial architecture, contemporary galleries, artists' studios, murals, restaurants and creative businesses.
Originally shaped by warehouses, rail infrastructure and manufacturing, the neighborhood later became home to generations of artists who occupied its industrial spaces and helped transform the area into one of Los Angeles' most important creative districts.
Our guided walking tour takes participating artists and guests beyond the exhibition to discover murals, galleries, studios, architecture and the creative history of the neighborhood.
It is less about sightseeing than understanding context: seeing Voltage of Hope not as an isolated exhibition, but as something temporarily embedded within a much larger creative ecosystem.
