Rocío Bachmaier is an AI founder and builder, hands-on with AI since 2018. Two years later, she co-founded Women in AI Sweden, and in 2023 she founded Atlan AI, where she helps startups, scaleups and investors across the Nordics become AI native. She's currently building her next venture in stealth.

Founder of Lumara
Sofia Abraham is the founder of Lumara, an AI-powered platform that turns meeting recordings into structured project plans with a full agile hierarchy. Having built Lumara from the ground up as a solo, no-code founder, she brings a hands-on perspective on what it actually takes to turn AI adoption into a genuine competitive advantage not just implementing tools, but rethinking how work gets structured and executed. She previously built and exited Avenir Talent, an AI-driven recruitment tool.
