A space for editors, poster designers, visual artists, illustrators, and anyone passionate about transforming ideas into visuals. Come together to explore visual storytelling, experiment with different creative approaches, exchange ideas, and bring imagination to life through design and editing.
No prior industry experience is required. Whether you’re an editor, designer, illustrator, or beginner, come ready to experiment, collaborate, and create.
Please bring your own laptop, gadgets, and any materials required for your craft.

2:00 PM – 2:15 PM | Settling In & Community Connect
Arrive, meet fellow participants, get comfortable, and connect with the community before we begin.
2:15 PM – 4:45 PM | The Edit Room
A collaborative creative session where participants come together to explore ideas and transform them into visual experiences. Experiment with editing, poster design, illustration, visual composition, and creative expression. Share your skills, exchange perspectives, and discover how different creative disciplines can come together to tell a story.
4:45 PM – 5:00 PM | Share & Connect
Share your work and experiences, exchange ideas, appreciate everyone’s contributions, and connect with editors, designers, illustrators, visual artists, and fellow creators from the community.
Open to all. Whether you’re an editor, poster designer, visual artist, illustrator, graphic designer, or someone curious about visual storytelling and creative design, come be part of the room.
The event will start sharp at 2:00 PM. Please arrive on time so we can make the most of our time together.
