Food and Health Innovation Mini Summit

Knowledge & Innovation Cooperative | October 16, 2025 | 12:00-4:00 PM | SAGE Atlanta

The Reality: 80% of health outcomes are determined by social factors, not medical care. 1 in 8 Americans face food insecurity, costing $77B annually in healthcare. Atlanta has world-class hospitals next to food deserts. This summit connects the people already solving pieces of this puzzle upstream.

At Zane Venture Fund, we believe true health innovation happens before people get sick - through food access, preventive care, and aging support systems. This isn't your typical panel event. We're convening the practitioners, founders, researchers, technologists, and investors who understand that the future of health starts with addressing its foundations.

The Goal: Connect brilliant minds working on food access, preventive health, and aging solutions in Atlanta. Leave with concrete partnerships, pilot commitments, and funding connections.
