Shared Scapes
About event
The first Shared Scapes event takes place at the spaceship on the water SaltyAcid. An immersive listening practice where sound expands beyond the auditory into a multisensory experience. Here, the surrounding architecture and nature become part of the performance: music intertwines with the water, the wind, and the September sun, opening up a space for imagination.
An intimate gathering, limited to 30 guests.
About the artists
Studio Zehn is an improvisation-based minimalistic meditative dialogue between saxophone and electric guitar by Andriy K. & Jea Bjea. Each performance is shaped in the moment, guided by intuition and interaction, raw and instinctive.
Anna Ivchenko is a Ukrainian artist and musician, who creates experimental soundscapes and sound installations on the edge of ambient and noise, using a combination of modular synthesizers and field recordings. The work that Anna will present forms a shifting sonic field where voices emerge and fade like soil strata: compressed, unsettled, and reawakened across time.
About the project
Shared Scapes explores how sonic forms interact with landscape. We create environments for immersive sound practices and deep listening through ambient and experimental music, connecting them with educational workshops, musical readings, and reflections on borders and migration experiences.
Hosted by
SaltyAcid an independent art space that lives on the water, a bit of a floating experiment in its own right, anchored somewhere on Berlin's waterways.
