Salsa Soundbath Social

​This is where movement, music, and meaningful connections meet. We’ll start with a fun, beginner-friendly salsa lesson and social dancing (no partner or shoes needed). Next, we’ll flow into the Connection Corner—a cozy, candlelit space perfect for continuing the connections you made on the dance floor. We’ll even have icebreaker cards with thoughtful prompts to spark deeper conversations. Finally, we’ll ease into a soothing soundbath—helping you not only unwind but also to integrate the movement, conversations, and connections, so you fully embody the night’s experience. Bring comfortable clothes to dance in, possibly your comfiest outfit or a fun onesie for the Connection Corner, and a swimsuit if you want to sauna or cold plunge. Ready to connect? Let’s do it!

​Parking in the neighborhood is VERY limited, so please allow extra time to park respectfully and do not block neighboring homes or driveways. Triple check all street signs to avoid tickets and towing. Carpooling, rideshare, biking, and walking are always encouraged.

​Primal Moves is a shoes off facility, please remove your shoes and keep them off until you are ready to exit back into the default world. Pets are not permitted inside the facility, please leave them at home. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean, welcoming, and considerate for both our community and our neighbors.
