Notion Workshop: Build & Brie x Cheeselads - Where Great Cheeses Meet Great Systems
This event has a non-refundable commitment fee of $10
We run small, intimate, hands-on workshops that are expensive to host, and last-minute cancellations leave empty seats someone else wanted.
The commitment fee is charged ONLY when you are approved. Every cent goes back to the community to improve our future volunteer events, not to the ambassadors.
The rest of the event is free :)
What if your next system started over a really good cheese board?
20 spots. Build a Notion setup and graze a cheese platter from Cheeselads with other friends who are done with chaos and want a system that tracks their life, clears their head, and thinks with them. No death-by-slides, just cheese, conversation, and hands-on building.

What we're doing
2 hours building a Notion system that fits how you actually live and work
A cheese platter from Cheeselads to graze through as you go
Walking away with a setup you'll actually use, and a few new friends
Who this is for
You want to get more organised and intentional with your life
You like good cheese and good company
You're new to Notion, or already use it but feel it could do more
You're up for a hands-on session, not a lecture
Who this isn't for
You're already an advanced Notion or AI user.
You're here to network or sell your product, service, or event. This isn't the room for it.
You're mainly after free food or free activities.
You'd rather sit back for a lecture than build hands-on and meet new people.
Notion experience
No Notion experience required. Come as you are. We start from the basics and build up together.
How the afternoon flows
🧀 Settle in, first cheese, and set up your Notion home base
🧀 Connect your goals to your projects
🧀 Set up systems that run themselves
🧀 Final tasting, plus show and share what you've built
You'll walk away with
A working Notion setup tailored to how you live
Frameworks to connect your goals, projects, and daily habits in one place
A relaxed afternoon of cheese and good company
And hopefully a few new friends worth keeping?

About the Notion Build Series
This event is run by a Notion Ambassador. We're volunteers who love Notion and want you to love it too. We don't get paid by Notion or earn anything from these events.
We all have full-time 9-to-5s, so this is our 5-to-9. Apologies in advance if we're slow to reply or if there are a few small hiccups.
Every Build Series workshop takes months to plan: the concept, the partner, a themed Notion template, and a lot of care to make sure everyone has a good time. It's expensive to host too. What we spend on a 15-person Build Series could run a 100-person event elsewhere.
What we're about:
Bringing together intentional, ambitious people who want to learn
Helping you leave with a new friend. Not networking, not dating, no hidden agenda, no selling. (So we try not to seat friends together, and if you've joined before you may need to wait for a future one, so new people get the same great experience you did.)
Pairing Notion building with activities that bring like-minded people together
Showing real Notion use cases that make your life more efficient, from our ambassadors or from one of you
We are big on hands-on learning. You won't just learn about Notion, you'll leave able to build in it
Note from the host: We read through all your pre-registration answers and look at your LinkedIn before approving your spot, to make sure everyone at the event vibes well together and to filter out low-intention sign-ups. Tip: tell us as much as you can about why you want to join. It really helps your chances of getting accepted.
