Communities of Practice: Educator Leadership Part 2

​Community of Practice: School & District Leaders (2 x 1.5 hrs)

​This CoP is for school and district leaders who are ready to go deeper. Across two 90-minute sessions, you'll bring a real leadership challenge you're sitting with, collaborate with a small group of peers, and build an AI tool designed to actually help you solve it.

​This isn't a training — it's a working session. Expect more conversation than instruction, more building than watching, and more peer feedback than presentation.

​Session 1: Come with a problem. We'll ideate together, build, and cross-test.

Session 2: Return with your app refined. We'll stress-test for impact and design for how others in your community can use it.

​Before you register:
This CoP is designed for educators who have already attended at least one Playlab training. If you haven't yet, please register for an Intro to Playlab Workshop before signing up for these sessions.

This experience spans 2 sessions of 1.5 hours each.

​Best for: Principals, assistant principals, CAOs, instructional coaches in leadership roles, curriculum directors, and district administrators who are guiding AI adoption at their organizations.
