Communities of Practice: Educator Leadership Part 2
Community of Practice: School & District Leaders (2 x 1.5 hrs)
You're not here to learn how to build an app — you're here to lead the people who do. This two-session community of practice is for school leaders, CAOs, and district administrators who are navigating what it means to bring AI into their organizations thoughtfully, strategically, and sustainably. It's a space to think alongside peers who are asking the same hard questions you are.
Across both sessions, you'll:
Share what's working (and what's not) as you roll out or expand AI initiatives at your school or district
Examine how to support educator adoption without mandating it — and how to tell the difference between meaningful use and novelty
Discuss frameworks for responsible AI use, policy-setting, and communicating with families and communities
Explore how leaders can use Playlab directly — from reviewing what's being built in your organization to using data to inform decisions
Learn from peers across different contexts and leave with concrete ideas to bring back to your team
No prep needed — just bring a current challenge or question you're sitting with.
This experience spans 2 sessions of 1.5 hours each.
Best for: Principals, assistant principals, CAOs, instructional coaches in leadership roles, curriculum directors, and district administrators who are guiding AI adoption at their organizations.
