About Event

Through six in-person sessions, the End-of-Life Learning Cohort will guide participants through a holistic exploration of spiritual, emotional and practical preparation for end-of-life planning.

The program integrates Jewish wisdom, ritual education and concrete planning tools to support a sense of agency connection & peace of mind.

*Participants are expected to attend with at least one support person (spouse, adult child or grandchild, caregiver, or caseworker). If you are unsure who to invite, please reach out for guidance: [email protected].
