Being Ready! Boulder County Cemetery Tours
Be Ready Before You Need It!
We plan for pre-school, college, bar/bat mitzvah, wedding — let's plan the one inevitable life cycle event we all share!
Visit two Boulder County cemeteries with Jewish burial options. Guided by the Cemetery Consultants, we’ll walk the grounds, learn about plots, green/traditional burial practices, and discuss practical next steps for pre-planning.
Why?
Lift a burden from loved ones and ensure our wishes are known and respected.
If you have been avoiding this inevitable Life Cycle event — Every unfinished decision about our final arrangements quietly costs us something. When we finally attend to these things - the plot, the paperwork, the plans, we reclaim energy and find peace.
This is ‘real estate’ — cost increases and location matters :)
What we’ll visit:
Mountain View Memorial Park – Jewish section (Boulder): Frequently used by Boulder’s Jewish community, with traditional burial options.
King David Memorial Garden in Longmont — provides fully “Green” Jewish burial — no concrete vault, and also allows burial of cremains in a bordered prairie grass environment
Date/Time: July 20, 2026, 10:00am to 1:30pm
Meet: Mountain View Memorial Park, 3016 Kalmia Ave., Boulder
We will carpool from the first location to the second— King David is in the Foothills Gardens of Memory at 14241 N. 107th St (Hwy 287), Longmont
If you wish to visit only one of the locations, please email Evie at evie@jadeinfo.org for instructions.
Accessibility: Please let us know any needs so we can accommodate.
We will visit another cemetery on another date.
Please join us for a thoughtful, practical morning that supports you and your loved ones. AND Remember that Planning Your Final Resting Place Doesn’t Make It Come Faster. It makes life easier and just is a wise thing to do.
