Marker Writers Meetup
Dear magical Marker writers,
While writing helps us discover what we think—it doesn’t have to be done alone.
At Marker, we believe the best ideas are built together. Collaboration is core to writing, even if writing itself feels solitary.
That’s why we’re starting up the Marker Writers Meetup — an invitation to write in community, discuss what you’re working on, and meet other writers who believe in writing.
You don’t need anything except yourself and whatever you use to write: we’ll spend time writing together in company — so you can bounce ideas, callout for opinions on word choice, or simply have an accountable reason to get to your current writing project.
Good things can happen in good company, and over good coffee. Next Friday, we'll have both.
When: Friday 16 October
Where: Marker, Shoreditch
What: Coffee, pastries, quick introductions, then a long, uninterrupted focused writing block
Bring: Your laptop and good energy
We’re keeping this one small and cosy, so spaces are limited.
This event is part of Marker’s growing calendar of gatherings for writers.
Delicious treats will be baked by chef (and writer) Shikha Kaiwar, lucky us!
See you there,
The Marker team
