Join us for a presentation of the top Investment Theses from Cohort 15 of GoingVC's Flagship Program! As part of our program, Cohort members work in groups to develop an Investment Thesis, a research-driven framework that identifies investment opportunities within a particular market or sector.
The first group will feature Cohort 15 members Angela Nguyen and Victor Wu as they present their thesis on Agentic AI—AI-driven systems of action operating at the application layer, with a particular focus on revenue-generating functions. They will highlight how this segment is the fastest-growing area of AI investment, driven by businesses' priorities to demonstrate ROI through measurable outcomes. With global AI spending projected to reach $330+ billion by 2025, their thesis explores the significant share of this spend allocated to technologies that enable direct revenue growth, reflecting broader shareholder expectations and paving the way for future AI adoption across diverse applications.
The second group, featuring Cohort 15 members James Horner, Andrew Call, and Arun Guha, developed their thesis on the Psychedelics Market. Their focus is on the emerging opportunities at the intersection of mental health innovation and regulatory advancements that are enabling broader acceptance of psychedelics-based therapies. The team will explore how recent clinical breakthroughs, coupled with a growing societal emphasis on mental health, are opening the door to investments in companies developing psychedelic treatments.
