In this interactive 2-hour activation, we demystify eco-conscious operations through play. Through fast-paced games, draw & guess challenges, and persona-building exercises, we’ll explore the “behind-the-scenes” of your business with fresh eyes.
This is not a lecture — it’s a hands-on, energizing session designed to make sustainability feel simple, actionable, and even fun.
🎯 The 2-Hour Event Flow
1. Taboo: The Anti-Greenwashing Edition (Icebreaker)
We tackle the fear of “saying the wrong thing” by playing Taboo with sustainability buzzwords (like circular or carbon neutral).
The challenge? Explain them without corporate jargon — and realize you already know how to communicate this simply.
2. The Persona Tangram Challenge (Core Activity)
You’ll work with a fictional Mamapreneur persona facing real challenges from the survey — messy supplier decisions, limited time, unclear messaging.
In pairs or small groups, you’ll co-create creative, low-cost solutions. Each solution becomes part of a physical Tangram puzzle, built together as a visual representation of sustainable business building.
3. The “Concrete Action” Wrap-Up
Using the completed Tangram, you’ll reflect and select 3 practical actions to implement in your own business over the coming months.
4. Networking & Refreshments (Final 30 mins)
We close with relaxed time to connect, share ideas, and continue the conversation over drinks and snacks.
