We’ll work with a fictional entrepreneur facing real challenges — messy supplier decisions, limited time, unclear messaging.
In pairs or small groups, you’ll co-create practical, sustainable solutions.

You’ll reflect on the solutions created and choose concrete actions to implement in your own business right away.
