Upon arrival, you’ll settle in and we’ll gently guide the flow of sessions so everyone receives their turn.

​Dr. Tina Hou is a licensed acupuncturist with 30 years of experience, specializing in holistic pain and tension relief, and facial acupuncture and rejuvenation. Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and rooted in restoring balance from within — supporting both your skin, glow, energy, and your nervous system.

​Do I need prior acupuncture experience?
Not at all. This is a gentle and approachable introduction.

​What if my child gets fussy during my session?
No worries at all — this is a mama-centered space where flexibility is part of the experience. You can pause your session at any time to care for your child, and we’ll gently guide you back in when you’re ready.

​What if my child needs me during my session?
That’s completely okay. We move with flexibility and understanding.

​Can I come without a child?
This offering is designed for mamas + little ones, but you’re welcome to reach out if you feel called to attend.

​Is there an age range for little ones?
This space is best suited for babies and young toddlers (0–3), where they can stay close to you and settle into the shared play environment with ease.
