David has successfully managed and developed Automa8e, a leading accounting, taxation and corporate secretarial software firm, as the CEO and Director, overseeing multiple projects, professional firms and businesses across various industries and sectors. Vidushan is a founder multiple businesses from a boutique investment advisory / data analytics firm, cash management and Web3 Tokenization. He has provided strategic financial guidance to startups, SMEs, and corporates. He also established a community platform called "8 Circle" for businesses to easily set up and succeed in Singapore. With a strong background in fintech, including successful venture capital investment in his ventures, Vidushan specializes in M&A, equity portfolios, and fintech solutions.
