The Women’s Reset: A Half-Day Immersion for Body, Mind & Metabolic Health
A guided nervous system reset combining movement, meditation, conscious dialogue, and integrative health education for sustainable vitality.
This half-day immersion is designed as a structured pause.
A space to regulate the nervous system.
To reconnect with your body.
To understand how movement, nutrition, hormones, and environment function as one integrated system.

The Experience
We move through the afternoon in a clear progression — activation, regulation, integration, and education.
Movement Session (Choose During Booking)
Two parallel classes run simultaneously.
Yin Yoga — with Varvara Fisher
Slow, fascia-focused, long-held postures designed to stimulate parasympathetic activation, support hormonal balance, and deepen internal awareness.
Vinyasa Flow — with Carlota Pitarch
Dynamic, breath-led movement focused on strength, circulation, and metabolic activation while maintaining control and mindfulness.
Guided Meditation — with Varvara Fisher
A structured meditation to regulate the nervous system post-movement and consolidate physiological shifts before dialogue.
Women’s Circle — with Carlota Pitarch
A facilitated reflection space for integration, shared experience, and collective grounding.
Holistic Health Talk — with Varvara Fisher (@varvarafisher)
An applied session exploring:
• Movement and metabolic function
• Nutrition and hormonal balance
• Meditation and stress regulation
• Environment and long-term vitality
Followed by open Q&A.

Carlota Pitarch (@carlotapitarch) is a yoga teacher and founder of Alaris Soul, creating intentional spaces and retreats that support balance, mindfulness, and authentic connection.
