This is a hands-on day for leaders and operators where you bring a real task from your work, and leave with a working setup for it and a clear plan for what to automate next.

Your hosts
We are three founders, operators and AI builders. We've used AI in our own work for years, and we still learn something new every week. We won't pretend to have every answer, but we're good at finding them fast, and that's what we'll help you do.
Heidi (business & marketing) will show her chief-of-staff setup, which keeps a busy leader on top of meetings, follow-ups and priorities.
Varya (engineering & design systems) will show how she builds finance scenarios with AI, and how simple scripts make the exact parts of a workflow reliable.
Anja (design & product) will show how she automated invoices and expense reports, so the paperwork does itself.
