​For me, it began with a simple ritual — a journal, a cup of tea, and a quiet moment in a coffeeshop. Every week, I’d give myself that space to think, reset, and realign. Over time, it became more than a habit; it became a grounding practice that helped me get clear on what I wanted and how I wanted to feel.
​This morning, after chatting with a friend, I realized I wasn’t the only one craving that kind of intentional pause. So, I decided to open it up and share it with others — an easy, welcoming space to slow down and connect.
