Project Hail Mary - Imposters Book Club

​Have you ever wanted to go to a bookclub but you couldn't finish reading in time for the discussion? Have you ever DNF a book for a bookclub and felt that you couldn’t attend the discussion since you didn’t love it?

​If you answered yes, this might be the club for you! We believe that interesting conversations happen even outside the book, so come with your homework on the book done and openmidedness to spoilers. At the end we will try to guess who hasn’t finished the book, so do your best in convincing everyone.

​We will also vote what the next book will be, bring your proposals.

​The discussion will be in English and we will prepare some leading questions/ guidelines. If you have topics you’d like to discuss, you are more than welcome to share your thoughts.

​The event is free but you’re expected to support the locale by ordering something.

​What to bring?

​Bring a chatty disposition and a copy of the book if you want to refer to a certain passage.

​We ask you that you are mindful of the space you are taking in the conversation, we are trying to create a space in which everyone can feel free to express their thoughts on the book.

​At the end of the discussion we will try to guess who at the table hasn’t finished the book. This is not an invitation to shame or judge people who haven’t finished reading, but instead we are trying to encourage people that have busy schedules to participate in the discussion even when they don’t know the ending to the book.

​Therefore there will be spoilers, so beware!
