​Bridging STEM research and business: A networking afternoon for STEM and business students

​This event operationalises priorities from RIS3 HMP and the PSA+ project, strengthening human capital, increasing innovation capacity, and reducing structural barriers between Prague's research institutions and its commercial talent base. The afternoon directly addresses the vertical segregation between scientific and business pipelines by bringing these two groups into structured contact at an early career stage.

• ​Demystify tech transfer and IP for early-career researchers and business students.

• ​Build cross-disciplinary connections between STEM PhDs and business students with commercial training.

• ​Strengthen Prague's innovation ecosystem by exposing students to the interdependence of scientific and commercial expertise in spin-off creation.
