One Command, One Migration: AI Best Practices in Action

​Jamie Abrahams (FreelyGive, Drupal AI Initiative) is going to migrate a site with AI, live. He'll start with the one-line installer, get a project set up, and run a real migration so you can see how the workflow actually goes. Then he'll run the evals at the end, which is how you find out whether the migration did a good job or just looked like it did.

George Kastanis (Point Blank) maintains AI Best Practices and the AI Eval tooling. He'll follow with five minutes on the thinking behind those evals, plus a quick look at a results board.
