DNA Unstuck Hour
A monthly accountability and support space for disabled and neurodivergent founders
This monthly drop-in is an open, facilitated space for disabled and neurodivergent founders across the LSE Generate network to bring what they’re working on, talk through what they’re stuck on, and get support from others who understand the realities of building a business while managing neurodivergence, disability or chronic health conditions.
Led by Kim To certified ADHD coach, neurodiversity consultant and founder of Own Your Flair these sessions are designed to focus on the real, day-to-day challenges founders face, from motivation, focus and execution, to confidence, funding, and navigating uncertainty.
Kim brings over three years of experience supporting neurodivergent founders and professionals, combining lived experience with practical coaching tools to help people move from feeling stuck to finding clarity and momentum.
Whether you’re struggling to make progress on something specific, need a sounding board, or simply want to connect with other founders who get it, this space is here to support you.
No preparation is needed — just come with whatever’s on your mind, whether that’s a problem, a half-formed idea, or something you’re finding hard to move forward.
These sessions are open to LSE students, alumni and staff who identify as disabled or neurodivergent, or who are exploring founding in this space. Places are limited, so please sign up in advance to secure a spot.
