The Rewilding Journey: Forest Bathing Across Hong Kong
A year of mindful exploration through Hong Kong’s wild landscapes.
Discover the hidden beauty of Hong Kong's country sides through monthly guided forest bathing walks led by Jerome Bautista, ANFT Certified Forest Therapy Guide.
Each month takes you to a new landscape — from pine forests to serene streams — offering quiet presence and connection through the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku.
Let's beat the summer heat and go under the shade of paper bark trees, dip our toes in a stream, and get lost in the beauty of the sky and water at Shing Mun Reservoir!
