Art of Healing #Back2roots
We are not introducing healing. We are reviving what we lost.
Modernisation promised connection but left a generation caught between ancestral heritage and global trend culture — fluent in FOMO, yet disconnected from roots.
#back2roots is a return. Not to something old, but to something that was always ours.
On World Mental Health Day 2026, myWIPhealing, Suritma Collective, and ASWARA come together to reclaim community art, craft, play, and expression as tools for mental health advocacy. This is not a choice between heritage and modernity, or roots and wings.
What to expect:

🌀 Creating together is how we root.
Come as you are. Bring your hands, your voice, your questions. Let's build a space where heritage lives — not in a museum, but in how we move, make, and heal together.
