​About Amera: Amera is building a modern system-of-record layer for TPAs - the back office that runs self-funded health insurance plans. We want health plans to be cheaper, more transparent and flexible. Founded by Penn alumni (Louise and Deep) and working out of SF for the fall!

About Innovius: Innovius is a specialist venture firm focused on partnering with companies at the 'crossing the chasm' stage from Series A to B, where go-to-market execution and operational precision separate signal from noise. We make 3-4 high conviction investments a year in applied AI & B2B SaaS, and embed seasoned GTM operators, tested playbooks, and founder-aligned growth systems that turn early traction into durable scale.
