About our Host:
Two years ago, I quit my full-time job to pursue and develop a business out of what was my side hustle that I had a ton of passion for.
It was a huge step and I kept telling myself I had skills that I could easily fall back on if it blew up in my face and I needed a job again.
Over the last two years, I realized those same skills could be leveraged into offerings I could attach to my business and continue to grow.
I built J Force after years of supporting executives, boards, and founders who were pulled in too many directions.
With a background in association management, executive operations, and project strategy, we build operational systems that scale.
