This is a hands-on session, so a little preparation will help you make the most of our time together. Please complete the following a few days before the event:
Get Claude Pro: Sign up at claude.ai and subscribe to Pro at claude.com/pricing (US$20/month + applicable taxes). Already have Pro or Max? You're all set.
Install Claude Desktop: Download the Mac or Windows app at claude.com/download.
Test your setup: Open Claude and try: "Make a one-page doc of 5 things I want to learn." Make sure it generates a document.
Bring your laptop and resume: Have your resume or notes about your previous work experience ready in PDF, Word, or LaTeX format. It doesn't need to be polished!
Come curious, bring your laptop, and leave with a new way to approach your next chapter.
