We're so excited that Zuza Gonçalves, one of the founders of Música do Círculo, will be guest-leading the Downbeat on Monday March 16!
Música do Círculo (MdC) is an incredible practice and body of work from Zuza and his 2 co-founders, based out of São Paulo, Brazil. If you've ever attended one of our "Unbroken Flows," you've experienced a style of facilitation inspired by this work.
So come join one of the masters in moving, flocking, remixing, and shapeshifting but never stopping the music for an extended flow.

Please arrive between 6-6:15 pm for tea and socializing, we'll sing from 6:30-8:30, then wind down and chat until we clear out at 9.

The Downbeat is a collaborative vocal improv community in the Bay Area that meets every Monday in the East Bay to sing.
