Pilates in the Park: CoS, Ops & Founders' Associates 🧘♀️🌳
As a CoS, ops lead or founder's associate at a tech or AI startup, you're usually a team of one. Nobody else in the building really gets what your day looks like.
So we're putting all the team-of-ones in one place. Not another breakfast or dinner, but a pilates class in the park with an amazing instructor, then drinks at the pub next door 🌳
Plan:
19:00 – Meet at Shoreditch Park Playground
19:15 to 20:00 – 45-minute mat class with Blanca from Nelo Wellness
20:00 – Drinks at The Hoxton Shoreditch after 🍻

Bring your own mat (we don't have spares)
Can't make the pilates class? Come along for drinks anyway
