Francesca Valarezo, founder of the Shamanek community, will guide you through gentle yogic breathwork, a powerful three-part breath, and a shamanic meditation designed to access deeper layers of awareness. We’ll close with an immersive sound meditation using the gong, chimes, drums, and voice to down-regulate the nervous system and invite clarity, ease, and inner spaciousness.
Sound has been used for centuries as a therapeutic tool for healing and integration. Through vibration, visualization, and deep listening, you’ll be held in a safe, intentional container for rest and renewal.

Francesca Valarezo is a New York City based Katonah yoga, breathwork, sound facilitator with over 13 years of experience. She obtained her Reiki master and shamanic guide training in 2019. Born in New York, but raised in her parent’s country, Ecuador, Francesca battled severe depression, and panic disorder during her formidable years into adulthood.
Her desire to heal led her to train in numerous holistic healing methods, plant-spirit medicine and yogic traditions. She is a natural seeker and wants to share her healing journey with you. Francesca specializes in a holistic approach, incorporating her life experience and her in-depth training across all principles to create an environment for wellness community and transformation.
