Jérôme Pradier
Co-Founder & CEO of Talos Health, Jérôme Pradier’s caregiving journey began through his own personal experience supporting family members navigating complex care needs. That experience inspired him to build technology focused on helping caregivers better coordinate care, reduce stress, and improve visibility into the health and well-being of loved ones. Through Talos Health, he is advancing AI-driven solutions designed to support families and modernize the caregiving experience.

Dr. Thiamwong, a professor at UCF’s College of Nursing and the Florida Blue Endowed Professor for Healthy Communities, is a nationally recognized aging expert and researcher. With more than 20 years of experience in gerontological nursing, Thiamwong focuses her research on healthy aging and fall prevention — the leading cause of injuries among older adults in the U.S

Bringing a unique cross-disciplinary perspective to The Modern Caregiver Village, she combines expertise in behavioral intelligence, human-centered systems, and community infrastructure. As Founder & CEO of Peakality, she focuses on helping organizations better understand human behavior and performance through measurable signals, offering valuable insight into the future of connected care and resilient communities.
